Staying at Soa in Zabljak was really enjoyable thanks to the spacious Junior Suite, complete with a clean shower cubicle and a cozy lounge area. The breakfast spread impressed me, offering a chef who cooked eggs to order with various delicious pastries. The location is prime, only a 10-minute walk to the town and half an hour to Black Lake. The friendly staff organized a heater for us after we got soaked in the rain, made a big difference in comfort. We appreciated that you could book the steam room and sauna for exclusive use. On the downside, occasional noise disturbances from outside affected our sleep, especially early in the morning. The decor felt a bit outdated, which might need some refreshment, and I noticed inconsistent cleaning services in the common areas. Still, the overall experience was nice and worth the visit.

Proximity to Black Lake, scenic mountain views from balconies, engaging local tours arranged by hotel staff
Small room sizes could really use an upgrade!!! Inconsistent cleaning services annoyed many guests, while inadequate soundproofing left them awake at night!!! The outdated decor gives the hotel a tired look!!!

Well heated and great-sized room with good amenities, a balcony, for example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Overall a really nice stay on our holidays.

Perfect and convenient location in the really interesting area, near to the black lakes, and Black Lake in about 15 minutes. Neat and new-fashioned room with a breathtaking view over the mountains from the window. Plenty of food for a buffet breakfast.

Loved the back terrace with the log tables and candles. Loved the apartment on the third floor. The front desk staff and waiters were very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and delicious -- we really liked the little rolls stuffed with cheese and meat. The salads and pizzas on the bar menu were delicious and a good value.
The basement restaurant is a bit sterile and could use warming up (with brighter colors, warmer light etc.). After eating there the first night, we chose to eat dinners outside on the more charming terrace.

Perfect service from the moment I walked in to the time I checked out. Restaurant was really special. Negusi steak was delicious. Great big menu too. Closest hotel to Black Lake, quiet area.
Couldn't figure out all the bells and whistles to fancy shower but still pleasant.

Was very new and the room, especially the bed was very comfortable. Lovely shower which was bliss after getting very wet and chilly rafting in the Tara Canyon! Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Good location for the Black Lake. Tasty breakfast omelette.
The ugly rundown hotel opposite!

My wife, Jane and I were very impressed with our suite on the first floor, A very well planned modern room with pleasant decor and a good eye for colour. Beds were very comfortable and both TV well placed and working well. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much bother for them. Marco, the manager was the greatest! So courteous, personable and helpful; we particularly appreciated his efforts to make o 45th wedding anniversary dinner one to remember! Thanks agin Marco. Also, Maria could not have been more helpful to us for arranging our activities there.
Try as we might we could not find anything we did not like about our stay at Hotel Soa. Do give our best 'pats' to Denny the beautiful Siberian Husky!

great stay with some room for improvement
The spa zone was enjoyable, with a Hammam and sauna that provided a relaxing experience after a day of exploring. Our Junior Suite featured spacious living and sleeping areas, catering perfectly to our family's needs. The mountain view from our room added a amazing backdrop that enhanced our stay.
The dining options could benefit from more variety for extended stays.
